Harassment a Rooster Weaves Around an Undesirable Neighbor at Fernbrook Resort
Freelton
This secret allegedly comes from Fernbrook Resort’s home office in fabulous downtown Linwood, Ontario. And may explain, in part, why the Great and Powerful Rooster is able to act the way he does. Without censure, punishment or threat of same.
If you don’t already know, before title of a residence exchanges hands in Fernbrook Resort Freelton it must first be inspected. If the residence does not pass muster title is not allowed to pass.
(Conversely, according to the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) such
practice is illegal. A park cannot deny the passing of title of a home [RTA
156. (1) A tenant has the right to sell or lease his or her mobile home
without the landlord’s consent. 2006, c. 17, s. 156 (1).] However management has denied
the passing of title. Frequently. And one day a seller is going to wise up and
this nation’s landlord is going to get their feathers fiscally singed when a
sale is vetoed.)
So, back to our story, the local rule is that an existing home must be inspected and pass that inspection before title can change hands.
However when Neighbour Undesirable took ownership NO HOME INSPECTION WAS EVER PERFORMED. And the Great and Powerful Rooster explained why no inspection was ever performed.
1. The home would never have passed
inspection – it was in a horrible state.
2. He wanted to help the neighbours. Who
had been desperately trying to sell the home without success. It was in such
bad shape no one would even make an offer on it.
3. Whenever a home exchanges hands in
Fernbrook Resort the rent is automatically bumped up $50 a month. Rooster
thought this would make the landlord a bit of extra money. And it would make
Rooster look good in the process.
4. The home was in such bad state that
it was felt that the new buyer wouldn’t last and the trailer could then be bought at
a fire sale price. Either by Rooster – to live in or else fix and flip for a profit. Or by the
landlord. Which would make Rooster look good with the landlord.
But this didn’t happen. Neighbour
Undesirable didn’t flee. And may have in fact has slightly improved the residence. Which is why Rooster has
led a harassment campaign. And, allegedly, why the ownership and management of
Fernbrook Resort Freelton has allowed one tenant to be vexed and harassed by
the Great and Powerful Rooster and his many ass-kissing minions.
The web Rooster has woven (over and above wire tapping, pipe bombs, murder plots, robberies and pipe bombs) includes
complaints about:

Noise

Unkempt
state of the yard

Interior
of residence is in disarray

Home
is a general eyesore and falling further into disrepair

Multiple
claims of business(es) being run out of the home

Smearing
and slandering Neighbour Undesirable’s name in every manner conceivable.
But that’s not all.

Rooster
offered to ‘help’ Neighbour Undesirable with a home problem By recommending someone in Fernbrook Resort. Then he ordered
that someone not to help. That someone never did help. And then Rooster
blamed that someone. Making that someone look bad.

When
Neighbour Undesirable had outside contractors working on the home Rooster asked
them to do a bad job. They refused. And quietly informed Neighbour Undesirable
what Rooster had requested. And to watch out for him.

Rooster
also ordered another Fernbrook Resort resident. The resident replied, “I have to…
I’ve already said I would. But I won’t do a good job.”
So Rooster loudly complains that
Neighbour Undesirable’s home is an eyesore but has done everything in His power
to see that it remains an eyesore.
Rooster has also claimed numerous times that the only reason that Neighbour Undesirable resides in Fernbrook Resort Freelton is because of Him. And this is probably true. But Neighbour Undesirable was not supposed to remain in Fernbrook Resort. After a couple of months Neighbour Undesirable was supposed to flee and the Great and Powerful Rooster and/or the ownership were supposed to profit.
But that hasn’t happened.
Yet.
Which is why Rooster is continually and constantly harassing a Fernbrook Resort Freelton resident. Because Neighbour Undesirable isn’t supposed to be there. Which makes Him look bad. And, allegedly, why the ownership of Fernbrook Resort Freelton is allowing this to happen – if a tenant leaves they profit from a bump up in the rent. Or else they can purchase a home at a fire sale price. And profit again. Fernbrook Resort Freelton is profiting from Rooster’s harassment.
And that is the Tangled Web of
